Tournament Entry Form Upload Tips
The best way to make your entry form easy to to upload or distribute through email is to have the person who types in the information and creates the form save the original word processor file.
An uploaded entry form will not do much good if it's in a file format that most people can't open with the programs on their PC.
Your best bet is Microsoft Word, WordPad, WordPerfect or their equivalents.
Consider using the "Save As" function of your word processing program to save the file to a format that most PC users can open. Here is list of some formats that would be appropriate.
myform.html    (or "Save as Web Page")
myform.doc     (Word or WordPad File)
Myform.txt       ("Plain Text" )
myform.rtf        (Rich Text Format)

If you print the file then scan it and try to upload or email the image file you will almost always have problems.
A scanned image file is difficult to upload or email. They are usually very large (as in byte) files. Your browser will timeout before the upload is complete.  A scanned file may also be scaled too large to print on one sheet of paper.
BOTTOM LINE: Stick to text!
